...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN CLARK AND
SOUTHEASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES THROUGH 830 PM EST...

At 803 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles south of Salem, moving east at 45 mph. This storm has been
rotating persistently for about 45 minutes with no reports of
damage.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Charlestown, Blue River, New Pekin, Borden, Henryville, Carwood,
Martinsburg, Shorts Corner, Clark Siding, and Wilson.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
