  Brown, Kewaunee, Outagamie, and Waupaca Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
