...Ice jam and snow melt flooding threat continues across rivers in
Alaska...

.Alaska...
The ice jam flooding threat continues across the Middle Yukon and Kuskokwim
river basins. Ice jams could result in significant flood impacts along
rivers within this region. Additionally, small stream and river flooding is
possible along the Porcupine River in response to snowmelt, with the
greatest potential for impacts near the Fort Yukon area.

.Middle Mississippi Valley into the Ohio River Valley...
An active weather pattern this weekend going into early next week could
make way for isolated river and small stream rises. However, due to these
potential impacts still being in the medium to long range as well as
extensive model variability, confidence is currently low for the exact
timing and spatial extent of impacts. For now this section will not be
added to the Flood Hazard Outlook (FHO), but we will continue to monitor
for impacts over the next several days.
