then the westerly winds will gradually develop by late morning
sustained 6-9 with gusts to 17 mph. There could be a few passing
showers. The probability for rain increases by noon(55%) then 80%
by 1 PM. Temperatures will start out in the upper 40s at 930 AM.
Showers will persist throughout the day then end by midnight. Fog
is possible by Thursday morning. Milder and drier on Thursday.
Winds will generally be westerly, remaining less than 16 mph.
