.DISCUSSION...

Fire concerns will be low this afternoon with min RH in the 45%
to 50% range. Surface winds should remain out of the S/SE at 10-15
mph, decreasing to 5-10 mph after sunset. There is a very low
chance for a stray shower to develop (~10%) between 4 PM and 7 PM.
Any shower that is able to develop should remain as such;
thunderstorms are not expected today.
