Idaho (Zones 102 and 103): The ridge will breakdown today, with a dry
cold frontal passage bringing gusty westerly winds. The strongest gusts
of 20-30 mph are expected across the Palouse and higher elevation
ridgetops of the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest. Humidity will
trend higher on Sunday, along with light and variable winds.
Northwest MT (Zones 104 and 105): The ridge will breakdown today, with a dry
cold frontal passage bringing gusty southwest winds. Valleys will
experience gusts of 25-35 mph, with gusts of 35-55 mph across the higher
terrain and area ridgetops. Humidity will trend higher on Sunday, along
with light and variable winds.
West Central MT (Zones 106, 107 and 108): The ridge will breakdown
today, with a dry cold frontal passage bringing gusty westerly winds.
Valleys will experience gusts of 20-30 mph, with gusts of 30-45 mph
across the higher terrain and area ridgetops. Humidity will trend higher
on Sunday, along with light and variable winds.
Southwest MT (Zones 109, 110 and 111): The ridge will breakdown
