FRIDAY EVENING FOR STRONG GUSTY WIND AND LOW RH FOR FIRE WEATHER
ZONES 285 AND 624...

.DISCUSSION...Isolated thunderstorms are possible this afternoon
and evening for Siskiyou County and from the Southern Oregon
Cascades eastward, with northern Klamath County being favored.
Periods of gusty winds combined with low RH are expected east
of the Cascades and in the Shasta Valley Thursday afternoon and
again Friday afternoon. These conditions peak Friday afternoon
and evening with critical fire weather conditions possible for
southeast Klamath, southwest Lake and Modoc counties. Hot and
dry conditions develop on the weekend. Then a slight chance for
thunderstorms is expected Monday east of the Cascades and over
Northern California.
