.DISCUSSION...
Temperatures will again range from the mid to upper 90s on the
caprock with lower 100s off the caprock both Sunday and Monday
afternoons. Afternoon relative humidity values will drop to between
20 and 30 percent with these warm temperatures. Winds will remain
out of the south on Sunday afternoon except for areas across the
extreme southern Texas Panhandle where winds will be variable.
Isolated thunderstorms could develop Sunday afternoon along this
boundary between southerly winds and more variable winds in the
southern Texas Panhandle. Winds will become more variable overnight
across the entire region before returning to the south on Monday
afternoon.
