ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THROUGH MUCH OF NEXT WEEK
ACROSS THE INTERIOR...
.DISCUSSION...
Typical onshore winds will impact interior areas through much of next week
with gusts of 25 to 40 mph common (possibly stronger by end of next week),
strongest in the Antelope Valley and adjacent foothills. Temperatures will
be very warm across the interior, with some cooling by the end of next week.
Meanwhile, minimum humidities of 15 to 25 percent will remain common over the
interior, with pockets of 8 to 15 percent readings at times over higher peaks
and Antelope Valley. This will lead to seasonable elevated fire weather
conditions across the interior, with potential enhancement by the end of next week.
