.DISCUSSION...
A breezy S wind prevails today, with min RH values from 30 to 40%
as a cold front approaches from the west. Showers become likely
across northern portions of the area tonight with a chance for
southern Virginia and NE NC. Average rainfall amounts are expected
to be at or below 0.10" for all but the northern areas. Mainly
dry with NW winds Thursday and Friday. Min RH values will mostly
be from 35 to 45% Thursday, and 25 to 35% Friday.
