.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong to near gale
winds will continue through the weekend for the southern waters.
Northerly winds increase in the northern zones through Saturday
and Saturday night. Winds start to diminish Sunday and are
expected to ease more early next week with southerly winds
possible on Monday before a return of northerlies Tuesday.
