...Active Weather Will Return This Weekend...

A series of lows will track up the western portions of the state
this weekend. Snow will begin to fall Friday morning and will
persist until Tuesday afternoon. There is the potential to see
heavy snowfall, significant blowing snow, strong winds, and
drifting snow, especially Sunday when the strongest storm is
projected to move across the region. There is a chance to see
mixed precipitation from the Y-K Delta to the southern Seward
Peninsula.
