  few power outages may result.  Gusty winds will result in elevated
  waves and dangerous boating conditions on Lake Mead and Lake
  Mohave.

profile vehicles. Use extra caution.  Boating in these conditions
will be difficult and potentially dangerous with risk of capsizing

WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...First freeze of the fall season is expected with overnight
  lows dropping into the range of 27 to 32.

* WHERE...Owens Valley.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
