Winds have decreased across the Colorado River Valley and far
eastern San Bernardino County. Brisk north winds will persist
overnight through Thursday morning, but gusts will remain below 40
mph. The Wind Advisory will be allowed to expire on schedule.

EVENING TO 8 AM PST /9 AM MST/ THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 19 expected.

* WHERE...In Arizona, Northwest Deserts. In California, Death Valley
  National Park. In Nevada, Western Clark and Southern Nye County.

* WHEN...From 10 PM PST /11 PM MST/ this evening to 8 AM PST /9 AM
  MST/ Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.
