            Public reports multiple waterlines washed
            out in Meadview overnight, leaving some
            people without water. The outage was
            reported at 0415 PDT on Sunday and radar was
            used to estimate the time the flooding
            occurred. As of 1230 PDT today, the
            waterlines were reported as being fixed.
