WEDNESDAY...

.DISCUSSION...Gusty northerly winds increase through the day on
Tuesday with peak gusts at the surface in excess of 40 mph. Winds
gradually decrease on Tuesday night but remain breezy out of the
north to northwest with peak gusts between 20 and 25 mph on
Wednesday. Minimum humidity decreases from the 25 to 30 percent
range on Tuesday to the 15 to 20 percent range on Wednesday.
Overnight recovery on Tuesday night is between 60 and 70 percent.
Periods of blowing dust are expected due to the winds.
