...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 8 PM PDT FRIDAY...

.DISCUSSION...Isolated thunderstorms are expected once again this
afternoon but coverage and intensity is expected to be considerably
less than recent days. Shower activity will diminish by late in
the afternoon. Drier air and gusty conditions return on Friday
with Red Flag conditions expected with min RH near ten percent
and afternoon gusts to near 40 mph. It will remain dry over the
weekend into early next week with min RH each day dropping to
15% or less. Winds will be much lighter after Friday. No
precipitation is expected after today. Temperatures will warm
to above normal by Sunday.
