.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry conditions will continue through the end
of the week. Minimum afternoon humidity will be in the 10 to 15
percent range with overnight recovery in the 20 to 30 percent
range. North to northeasterly winds overnight switch to the
south to southwest in the afternoon. Sustained winds increase to
over 10 mph late Thursday night.
