Wind speeds will decrease around mid afternoon on Wednesday.
Winds will favor a northerly direction throughout this afternoon,
becoming more northeasterly during the evening and overnight
hours. Winds will shift to the east-northeast tomorrow afternoon.
Relative humidity values will bottom out in the single digits
during the afternoon, recovering into the 40 to 50% range
overnight.
