.DISCUSSION...Winter Storm Warning continues for Lincoln County
above 5000 feet through 10am Friday. Expect scattered precipitation
through the day today, as best chances for persistent precipitation
will remain to the south and to the east of the site. Snow levels
today will range from 4500 to 5500 feet, so precipitation that falls
will likely fall as wet snow. Light precipitation chances return
Friday morning across eastern Lincoln County with snow levels below
4000 feet. Southwest winds today will range from 10 to 15 mph with
gusts to 30 mph and will decrease through the afternoon as they
become more westerly. Expect a north-northeast wind shift Friday
morning with speeds between 5 and 10 mph.
