STRONG NORTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE REGION  THIS MORNING
THEN GRADUALLY DECREASE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.  BREEZY NORTH
WINDS WILL REDEVELOP THURSDAY WITH THE STRONGEST  WINDS GUSTING
35 TO 45 MPH ALONG AND NEAR THE COLORADO RIVER  VALLEY. LIGHTER
WINDS FRIDAY WILL BE FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER ROUND OF  BREEZY NORTH
WINDS SATURDAY AS MULTIPLE DISTURBANCES MOVE ACROSS  THE REGION, BUT
DRY WEATHER WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE WEEKEND.

STRONGER WINDS WILL CONTINUE PAST SUNRISE WITH WIDESPREAD GUSTS
ALONG AND BELOW THE COASTAL SLOPES OF THE MOUNTAINS IN ORANGE AND
SOUTHWESTERN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTIES EXCEEDING 70 MPH AND STRONGEST
GUSTS TO 90 TO 100 MPH. FOR THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY MOUNTAINS AND
INLAND VALLEYS, THERE WILL BE GUSTS THIS MORNING TO 60 TO 70 MPH
WITH ISOLATED GUSTS TO 80 MPH. WINDS WILL THEN DIMINISH IN STRENGTH
AND COVER FOR THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY. LOWEST
HUMIDITY FOR INLAND AREAS TODAY WILL FALL TO 10 TO 20 PERCENT, THEN
AROUND 10 PERCENT ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.

A WEATHER SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE TO PROGRESS THROUGH THE REGION TODAY,
RESULTING IN BREEZY TO LOCALLY WINDY CONDITIONS. EASTERLY  WINDS
WILL BE STRONGEST MID-MORNING TODAY WITH GUSTS RANGING FROM
40-50 MPH ACROSS THE WESTERN DISTRICTS AND FOOTHILLS OF MARICOPA
AND PINAL COUNTIES. ELSEWHERE, GUSTS RANGING FROM 20-35 MPH CAN  BE
EXPECTED THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON BEFORE GRADUALLY DIMINISHING BY
SUNSET. LIGHT PRECIPITATION WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS SOUTH-CENTRAL AZ
TODAY, ALTHOUGH LITTLE TO NO ACCUMULATIONS ARE ANTICIPATED.  MINIMUM
RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL RANGE FROM 20-35% ACROSS THE  EASTERN
DISTRICTS AND AS LOW AS 15-25% IN THE WESTERN DISTRICTS  THIS
AFTERNOON. OVERNIGHT RECOVERY WILL RANGE FROM POOR ALONG AND  WEST
OF THE COLORADO RIVER TO GOOD ACROSS SOUTH-CENTRAL AZ.
