.DISCUSSION...A brief break from the winds today will be followed by
north winds returning over the weekend as disturbances dive down
from western Canada bringing a cooling trend through early next
week. The strongest winds are expected to be focused near the lower
Colorado River Valley. By the middle of next week, a low pressure
system spins up off the Southern California Coast and moves inland
with limited moisture.
