.DISCUSSION...Afternoon relative humidities will be in the
single-digits areawide today. The exception will be the higher
elevations of portions of the southern Great Basin, where
afternoon RH will drop into the teens. Humidities will gradually
increase through the remainder of the work week with a substantial
moisture increase Saturday and Sunday. Meanwhile, expect breezy
northerly winds each afternoon between 15 and 25 mph, with gusts
to 40 mph along the lower Colorado River Valley.
