.DISCUSSION...Breezy southerly winds will be strongest in
Esmeralda, Inyo, and central Nye counties this afternoon, with
speeds generally between 20 and 30 mph. Otherwise, expect light
afternoon breezes. Minimum relative humidity values will range
from 10 to 20 percent areawide this afternoon, with valley
locations of the Mojave Desert dropping into the single-digits on
Monday and overnight recoveries between 25 and 35 percent.
Moisture returns to the region Tuesday through the remainder of
the week.
