.DISCUSSION...Dry and gusty conditions are expected across most of
the the Mojave Desert...Southern Great Basin... and Owens Valley
today with min RH dropping into the 15-25 percent range and gusts
of 25 to 45 mph expected. Breezy conditions are also expected
across Northwest Arizona through with considerably higher humidity
levels. A weather system will bring high elevation snow and
valley rain to much of the southern Great Basin and northern parts
of the Mojave Desert Tuesday followed by sharply cooler conditions
midweek. A gradual warming trend will follow heading into next
weekend.
