.DISCUSSION...Unseasonably warm temperatures will continue
throughout the week as a high-pressure ridge remains over the
southwest. Minimum RH values will be in the 5 to 15 percent range
through mid-week, with generally light breezes forecast. Some
improvement in conditions is possible by next week as an
approaching trough results in a modest increase in RH values and a
decrease in temperatures.
