...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 AM MST EARLY THIS
MORNING FOR WEST CENTRAL MOHAVE COUNTY...

At 1247 AM MST, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain had moved
away from Pierce Ferry Road. However, very heavy rain fell in a
short time, and runoff is likely still flowing in washes.

HAZARD...Life-threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Life-threatening flash flooding of low-water crossings,
         creeks, normally dry washes and roads.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Dolan Springs and Pierce Ferry And Antares Roads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
