...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM MST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 9
  inches, with locally higher amounts. Winds gusting as high as 40
  mph this afternoon, then diminishing tonight.

* WHERE...In South Dakota, Northern Black Hills. In Wyoming, Wyoming
  Black Hills.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/2 mile at times due to
  falling and blowing snow, mainly this afternoon.
