Highs will range from the upper 70s east to the mid 90s in far southwest SD. Winds will increase to southeast at 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph. Minimum relative humidity will generally range from 35 to 50 percent, driest in far southwest SD where RH could drop to 25 percent.
