Showers and thunderstorms are possible across the Black Hills and southwestern South Dakota this afternoon. Highs will be in the 80s, afternoon humidities will drop to 25 to 45%. Winds will be out of the east to southeast at 10 to 15 mph, gusting up to 20 mph. Outdoor burning should be restricted to early morning or evening hours when wind speeds are usually lower and the relative humidity is higher.
