High temperatures will be in the upper 60s to upper 70s. Minimum relative humidities will drop into the mid 20s to near 40 percent. Southeast winds will increase to 15-30 mph over northwest South Dakota with 12-22 mph over southwest into south-central South Dakota. Very poor weather conditions and very low moisture content of grasses, and other dry organic material on the ground, indicate that dangerous burning conditions exist. Fires will spread rapidly and show erratic behavior. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
