* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 25 expected.

* WHERE...Newcastle, Northeastern Crook, Northern Campbell, Southern
  Campbell, Western Crook, and Weston County Plains.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
