.DISCUSSION...Today will be mild and dry to start, but a cold
front will begin moving through the area later today. Winds will
be out of the west this morning and early afternoon, but will
transition to out of the northwest and become breezy by evening as
the cold front moves in. Snow and breezy winds will continue
through the night and into Thursday morning. Accumulations of 3 to
6 inches are expected between this evening and Thursday
afternoon over the spot area. Snow will diminish Thursday, but
northwest winds will remain gusty.

                    in the afternoon.
