.DISCUSSION...Critical fire weather conditions will return yet
again today. Breezy southwest winds and relative humidity near 15
percent are expected this afternoon. Conditions will not improve
much tonight. Winds will continue to be breezy overnight and RH
recovery will be terrible. Elevated fire weather danger is possible
again Wednesday, due to low RH and breezy winds.
