.DISCUSSION...Mostly cloudy skies are expected for most of today
with a very gradual warming of temperatures through the afternoon
hours. The relative humidity looks to remain above 55% through the
day. Southeast winds will increase from 10 to 15 mph early this
morning to 15 to 20 mph during the late morning to early afternoon
hours. A few gusts up to 30 mph can be expected. Cool temperatures
and excellent relative humidity recovery is expected tonight.
