.DISCUSSION...Mainly sunny weather can be expected today with mild
temperatures and low afternoon humidity. Westerly winds are expected
to shift to the north during the midday and early afternoon hours.
Inversion will break late this morning, with fair to good smoke
dispersal developing during the late morning and persisting into the
mid afternoon. Fair humidity recovery is likely later tonight, with
winds shifting to the south during the evening. Friday will be
cooler with higher afternoon humidity and breezy southeasterly
winds developing late in the morning.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (5-15 percent).
Max temperature.....Around 62.
Min humidity........21-24 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds 5 to 10 mph shifting to the north
                    around 10 mph early in the afternoon. Gusts to
