.DISCUSSION...A winter storm arrives for the weekend with the
potential for heavy upslope enhanced snow (>75% chance) over the
northern Black Hills. The plains of northeastern Wyoming may also
see several inches of snow with lower chances east of the Black
Hills. Gusty northwest will occur, especially on Saturday.
Unsettled weather continues for next week.
