.DISCUSSION...Slightly cooler today with chances for showers and
storms. Some storms over southwestern into south central SD could
be strong to severe with strong wind gusts being the primary
concern. Storms this afternoon may also produce locally heavy
rainfall. Temperatures through the next few days should be near to
above average with highs in the 80s. Storms are possible again on
Saturday afternoon and evening with the potential for severe
storms. Near daily chances for storms continue through early next
week.
