* WHERE...Upper Gila River Valley and Upper Santa Cruz River
  Valley/Altar Valley.

* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 9 AM MST
  Thursday. For the second Freeze Warning, from 10 PM Thursday to 9
  AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

  that have yet to see a freeze this season. Temperatures as low as
  23 expected tonight and as low as 21 for Friday morning. Coldest
  temperatures in the Sulphur Springs Valley including Willcox area.

* WHERE...Eastern Cochise County below 5000 feet and Upper San Pedro
  River Valley.

* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 9 AM MST
  Thursday. For the second Freeze Warning, from 10 PM Thursday to 9
  AM MST Friday.
