.DISCUSSION...Chances (20-40%) for afternoon and evening
thunderstorms tomorrow and Thursday. Thunderstorms will be capable
of producing gusty and erratic outflows for any storm that does
form. Otherwise, minimum RHs will be in the high teens to low 20s
with recoveries in the mid 30s to low 40s overnight.

Sky/weather.........Sunny then becoming partly cloudy. Chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......30 percent increasing to 40 percent in the
                    afternoon.
Max temperature.....78-81 degrees.
Min humidity........20-23 percent.
20-foot winds.......East winds 5 to 6 mph shifting to the southwest
                    in the afternoon. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms in the afternoon.
