.DISCUSSION...

Light southeast winds tonight, with a period of turning to the
northeast late. Wind speeds pick back up Monday afternoon out of
the southwest to west in the 20-25 mph range and gusts to around
35 mph. Stronger west to northwest winds are expected Tuesday, with
speeds of 22-27 mph and gusts to 35-40 mph. Otherwise, single digit
daytime RH values and poor overnight RH recoveries, along with
high clouds.
