.DISCUSSION...Mainly dry conditions this morning then a chance of showers
and thunderstorms as early as 1100 hours and continuing through the afternoon
hours before diminishing this evening. Winds become westerly this afternoon
with gusts up to around 20 mph. However, near any thunderstorm activity
gusty and erratic outflow winds of 30 to 40 mph are expected. Drier conditions
move in Friday through the weekend with only slight chances (10 to 20%) of showers
and thunderstorms. A few westerly breezes are expected Friday afternoon with
gusts around 20 to 25 mph.
