.DISCUSSION...

A weather system moving through the area today and Thursday bringing
gusty winds, chances for snow showers (10-30%),and colder temperatures.
Surface northwest winds will be strongest this afternoon at 6-12 mph
with potential gusts up to 25 mph. Thursday the winds will be less.
Snow showers can begin as early as late this morning and continuing
on and off through tomorrow night. Overall snow accumulations will be
light 0-1 inches in total. There is a chance for some of any
precipitation that does fall could be a mix of rain and snow during
the day before switching to only snow overnight.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny then becoming sunny. Slight chance
                    of snow showers early in the morning.
Chance of pcpn......20 percent decreasing to 10 percent late in the
                    afternoon.
