.DISCUSSION...Dry with afternoon temperatures slightly above
normal for this time of year through Friday. Winds are expected to
be light today, before becoming breezy Friday ahead of an
approaching winter weather system. Valley rain and mountain snow
showers will accompany this system, especially to the east of a
Sasabe-Tucson-Safford line along with below normal temperatures.
Minimum relative humidities through the work week will be around
10-15 percent in valleys and 15-20 percent in the mountains,
increasing significantly Sunday where minimum RH values will be
30-45 percent in the valleys and 50-70 percent in the mountains.
