.DISCUSSION...

Breezy west to southwest winds of 10 to 15 mph with
gusts to around 20 mph expected today south and east of Tucson.
Temperatures will remain well above normal for early February
through the weekend with minimum relative humidity values of 8 to 14
percent. These dry conditions are expected to remain through the
weekend with slightly higher values in far western Pima county.
Heading into next week, breezy to windy conditions are expected,
especially Tuesday and Wednesday as a dry weather system moves
across the state. During this timeframe there appears to be
increasing potential for critical to near critical fire weather
conditions primarily to the south and east of Tucson.
