The Flood Advisory will expire at 515 PM MST this afternoon for
northeastern Santa Cruz county and southwestern Cochise county

The heavy rain has ended. Urban and small stream flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. A Flash Flood Warning remains in
effect near and south of Sierra Vista.
