...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM THURSDAY TO NOON CST
FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations between 4 and 6 inches across the warned area and
  ice accumulations around a light glaze down near the Red River.

* WHERE...In Arkansas, Crawford, Franklin, and Sebastian Counties.
  In Oklahoma, Sequoyah, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore,
  Pittsburg, and Pushmataha Counties.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to noon CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
