* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulation of 7 to 11 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Arkansas and east
  central, northeast, and southeast Oklahoma.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  remain slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The
  hazardous conditions will impact this morning`s commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
