...LOCALIZED SNOW BAND OVER SPRINGDALE ARKANSAS...

AT 1200 PM...satellite and radar observations were indicating a
band of snow is occurring on a north-south band near or over
highway 71B in Springdale. The snow is causing slick spots and
reduced visibilities in the area, and traffic accidents. This is
expected to continue thru about 3 PM, before skies begin to clear.
