...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL FRANKLIN AND EAST
CENTRAL CRAWFORD COUNTIES THROUGH 1015 PM CDT...

At 934 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm 4 miles
northeast of Mulberry, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation
         is possible.
