...NWS Tulsa Damage Survey for 11/04/2024 Tornado Event - Update 1...

.Update...UPDATED TO INCLUDE THE LITTLE FLOCK ARKANSAS TORNADO.

In addition to the tornadoes detailed below, we also surveyed areas
southwest of Webbers Falls, near Gore, and near Paradise Hill where
tornadoes were observed by storm chasers. We also surveyed areas near
Kiowa, where radar suggested a tornado may have occurred. We found no
damage in any of those areas. Tornadoes southwest of Webbers Falls
and between Gore and Paradise Hill will, therefore, be rated EF-
unknown, since no damage was found to base a rating.

Survey Summary:
This tornado developed south of Rock School Road west of Kennedy
Lane and moved northeast before dissipating after it cross West
88th Street North. The tornado downed large limbs, snapped tree
trunks and removed a large portion of the roof from a metal
building. Another outbuilding nearby was partially collapsed.

.TALALA OKLAHOMA TORNADO...

Survey Summary:
This tornado developed near the Rogers County line, south of the E
350 Road, and moved northeast before dissipating in open country,
west of Watova near the intersection of E 280 Road and N 4100 Road.
The tornado snapped and uprooted trees along its path, and impacted
an Oklahoma Mesonet site where a wind gust of 94 mph was recorded.

Survey Summary:
This tornado developed southwest of Tenkiller, where trees were
snapped or uprooted and outbuildings were destroyed. It moved
northeast, crossing into Adair County north of Caney Creek and
south of the 808 Road. Numerous trees were snapped or uprooted,
outbuildings were damaged, homes were damaged, and poles were
snapped between the county line and Christie. Extensive tree
damage occurred northeast of Christie along Highway 62 and
continued to near the S 4720 Road. The tornado widened to about
1200 yards for several miles as it approached the state line. The
tornado moved across the northwest corner of Washington County AR,
uprooting trees, and then into southwestern Benton County before
dissipating after crossing Highway 16.

Survey Summary:
This tornado developed along and north of River Valley Road and
south of Gary Turner Road. It moved northeast crossing Highway
412 west of Fairmount Road, and then dissipated south of Water
Tower Road. Numerous trees were uprooted, a few trees were
snapped, outbuildings were destroyed, a few homes were damaged,
and power poles were snapped in its path.

.LITTLE FLOCK ARKANSAS TORNADO...

Survey Summary:
This tornado developed just south of Highway 62, damaging trees
and apartment buildings. It moved north-northeast, crossing
Highway 62, then moved northeast. It damaged a business and
multiple homes, and uprooted trees as it approached N 13th
Street. A home was severely damaged along N 13th Street, an
outbuilding was damaged, and trees were snapped. The tornado
continued northeast crossing Little Flock Drive and then Highway
94, and then dissipated after damaging the roofs of two homes on
Yocum Road.
